Depending upon your location we choose the most efficient courier service for more prompt & hassle free delivery. Order Processing & Shipping takes 2-3 days & once prepared, the product will be delivered in the next 4-7 working days. (Usually quicker in Metro Cities). Delivery to North Eastern States may take a little longer.Â
RETURN / REFUND / REPLACEMENT
We accept returns only if the product received is wrong/damaged/defective. To place a return request kindly send us an email on shop@qasbysimran.com Including the reason for return & photos of the damaged/defective product. Your return requests will be reviewed & a decision will be taken at the earliest. We hold the right to reject your request if the issue stated does not comply with our terms of service.Â
Prerequisites:
Returns are applicable only if reported within 48hours of receiving the package.
The product must be absolutely unused & in its original condition, all tags & packaging must be intact.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Clear Photos of the product stating the issue must be attached to the email
 On reviewing your request, a confirmation email stating acceptance of return/refund will be shared within 24-48 hours. A third party courier service is appointed to pick up the return parcel from your area.You will be notified about the same via email. Reverse pickup is possible subject to service in your pincode. Please pack the parcel & keep it ready in time, failure to do so, you shall have to return the package to QAS on your own. Refund: The returned product shall be inspected within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Once approved, a refund/replacement shall be initiated immediately.
