For COD orders, our team will contact you for confirmation (up to 2 attempts). Orders not confirmed may be cancelled.

We work with trusted partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, FedEx, Xpressbees & Tirupati to ensure smooth and reliable delivery. Based on your location, we choose the most efficient courier partner.

Processing Time: 24–48 hours
Dispatch: Within 24–48 hours

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Prepaid Orders: 2–7 days
  • COD Orders: 2–8 days

(Usually quicker in metro cities. Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.)

Returns & Refunds 🔁

We accept returns only in case of:
✔️ Wrong product
✔️ Damaged or defective item

To request a return, email us at qasbysimran@gmail.com with :

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

Return Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, with original packaging & tags intact
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  Pickup & Refund Process

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability in your area)
  • If pickup isn’t available, you may need to ship the product back to us

Once we receive your return:

  • It will be inspected within 24–48 hours
  • If a replacement is available, it will be shipped to you
  • If not, your refund will be processed immediately
